Need to Return a product?
To return a product at
Mizco Golf, you'll need to request a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number. This can be done by contacting our
customer service department at
clubinfo@mizcogolf.com. NO returns of any type will be accepted without
an RMA.
To request an RMA:

We'll need the following information to authorize your
return:
- Customer name
- Invoice number
- Ebay Item number(s)
- Nature of the problem
In general, Mizco Golf
accepts returns on merchandise within 7
days. However, Mizco
Golf
reserves the right to authorize product returns
beyond 7 days from the invoice date. IF the product is accepted
after 7 days, credit will be issued toward one of the
following:

ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDED ON
RETURNED ITEMS. Customers
are responsible for all shipping charges back to

on returned items, and

will pay the shipping charges on the
replacement or exchange item(s) going back.
